As our Surface Treatments division continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team and play a key role in our continued success.

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of surface treatment projects, working closely with operational teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, profitably and to the highest standards.
- Commercial management of contracts from tender through to final account.
- Managing variations and subcontractor accounts.
- Supporting project teams to ensure commercial best practice.
- Building strong working relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
- Leading the commercial management of surface treatment projects.
- Overseeing valuations, applications for payment and final accounts.
- Managing variations and subcontractor accounts.
- Supporting and mentoring junior commercial staff.
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within road surfacing, surface treatments or surface dressing.
Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
