Kid Zania London is seeking a CRM Manager to lead the strategy, definition, delivery and measurement of all digital comms.

You will drive data-first engagement across our channels, leveraging CRM insights and marketing tech, reporting to Head of Marketing.

You'll develop segmentation, build email campaigns, and optimise acquisition, engagement and retention to grow our customer base and sales.
