The Control Room Operator will assist in the daily co-ordination of operations in The City, ensuring that all Health and Safety procedures and policies are being met. Being the first line of contact and support to the Duty Management Team during the operational day and in an emergency. This position will be taking initial charge of emergency communications and occurrence logs, monitoring CCTV and ensuring efficient & appropriate communication across the site at all times. The Control Room Operator will always be responsible for maintaining secure access to the control room and its equipment, assigning radios and keeping accurate daily records, as well as monitoring fire alarms, lift alarms and emergency alarms for the building.
Our Shift times vary from the following: Earliest start 7.30am, latest finish 9.00pm.

We are recruiting for full-time and part-time positions on a permanent contract, any 5 out of 7 days. The rates of pay for these positions are:
- £10/hour if 23 or over
- £9.50/hour if between 21 – 22
- £8.72/hour if under 21
