The Food & Beverage Assistant position is a varied role and great for those looking to start their career in a kitchen environment, hospitality or attractions. You will play an integral part in the wider Food & Beverage team. Reporting to the head chef, this role will involve assisting and supporting with food production, taking orders at the till and serving food whilst demonstrating great customer service skills. You will also be responsible for:
- Handling food orders in line with national Food Hygiene standards
- Assisting with deliveries
- Ensuring our fridge’s and stock room are clean and organised/ well stocked at all times
- Maintaining clean working areas
- washing utensils and cutlery
- removing kitchen waste/ emptying bins
- cleaning floors and all surfaces
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
We are recruiting for part/full-time positions on a permanent contract. Weekday and holiday season availability is essential for this role.
The rates of pay for these positions are:
- £10/hour if 23 or over
- £9.50/hour if between 21 – 22
- £8.72/hour if under 21
