Kidz4™ Community CIC is a multi award-winning children's yoga and wellbeing organisation dedicated to enhancing the physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing of children through high-quality, school-ready programs. Kidz4 Community CIC is launching a new Tuesday morning wellbeing programme for babies, toddlers and young families in Clapham / Battersea, combining yoga, stretch & play, sensory experiences, emotional wellbeing and community connection.

We are looking for an experienced Early Years professional to help shape and support the development of this exciting new Kidz4 community offering from the beginning.

The Baby & Family Wellbeing Programme Lead will be responsible for overseeing and delivering Kidz4’s wellbeing programs for babies and families every Tuesday morning in London. Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating engaging and interactive sessions
  • Providing support to families
  • Promoting a nurturing and inclusive environment

The Programme Lead will collaborate with team members to ensure resources are utilized effectively and contribute to the continuous improvement of the program. This is an on-site role based in London, focused on bringing meaningful wellbeing support to young families and their children.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years experience in EYFS (Preferably in a Leadership position)

This role would suit someone with experience in:

  • EYFS baby yoga
  • Baby massage
  • Sensory play
  • Nursery or family wellbeing settings
  • Community-based family programmes

This role may include (for the right candidate):

  • Helping shape the Tuesday morning session structure and overall experience
  • Contributing EYFS and developmental expertise
  • Advising on age-appropriate activities and setup
  • Helping identify and support suitable facilitators
  • Occasional support at sessions/events
  • Contributing ideas around family engagement and community growth

More Details:

  • Freelance / flexible associate role
  • Approx. 10–15 hours per month initially
  • £200–£300 monthly support fee initially, with scope to grow as the project develops
  • Combination of remote planning/support and occasional Tuesday morning involvement
