Responsibilities:
- Implement developmentally appropriate teaching, learning and caregiving activities aligned with centre’s policies and framework.
- Plan and deliver school curriculum using age-appropriate teaching aids to foster holistic learning and development.
- Set up an engaging learning environment and maintain upkeep of teaching resources, materials and displays in the classroom.
- Engage the children meaningfully through effective communication and nurture them with love and affection.
- Document children’s progress and address the children's educational and developmental needs.
- Complete the progress report and developmental portfolio for each child every semester.
- Carry out routine care duties to ensure safety and hygiene of the children.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with children and their parents.
Requirements:
- Possess LON L2(2L) Certification from ECDAT.
- Trained in DECCE-T with a minimum of 1 year of related experience (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent English communication skills to engage and communicate with children and parents.
- Possess a positive working attitude and is passionate and enthusiastic with the drive to nurture preschool children aged 2 to 6 years old.
- Staying in NE of Singapore.
Working Hours:
- Rotating Shifts.
- 5-day work week, Monday to Friday – 8 to 8.5hrs excluding 1 hour lunch break.
- Centre operates from 7am to 7pm (Monday to Friday).
Salary: $3,700 and above (Salary will commensurate with education and experience).
