KidStrong is seeking a Lead Coach to oversee a team of coaches and deliver a 5-star member experience. Expect to coach approximately 25 hours per week over five days, with two days off and one weekend day, while also handling leadership and administrative responsibilities.
You will onboard, develop, and retain coaches, evaluate new and existing staff, and coordinate pairings to maximize member satisfaction and retention. Compensation is quoted at $20.00–$30.00 per hour.
