KidSTART Singapore Ltd. (KSL) is a non-profit organization, incorporated as a Company Limited by Guarantee under the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) in Sep 2020 to support low-income families with children 0-6 years old in child development, especially through the KidSTART programme.

Description of Division/Branch

The Partnership team oversees the engagement with corporate partners. This involves planning and reviewing of donations, procurement of items and services, events and initiative execution, tracking of deliverables and partnership plans. The role will be responsible for supporting the Partnerships team looking into donations, sustaining of partnerships, related initiatives and engagements, overseeing administrative matters.

Responsibilities

  • Be the main lead for the tasked Partner Account(s).
  • Support in the development of co-branded programmes and initiatives while ensuring overall organisational goals are met.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address needs of the beneficiaries through the programmes and initiatives.
  • Oversee contracts and agreements with the Partner and ensure that deliverables are met.
  • Oversee and ensure smooth running of all initiatives (e.g. Distributions) and events (e.g. Launch events, workshops) related to the Partner Account.
  • Support Reporting Officers in managing targets, inventory and budget of the respective accounts.
  • Work with Assistant Manager on the Partner Account to put together data for presentations and post-event/engagement reports to the Partner.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports and managing of calendar of events of Partners.

Qualifications/Competencies

  • A Degree with at least 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience in social service or non-profit sector.
  • A keen interest in partnerships & stakeholder management.
  • Meticulous and good with numbers so as to track, monitor and report utilisation of funding and budgets from Partners.
  • Good IT and Microsoft skills (e.g. SalesForce, Microsoft Excel, etc).
  • Good written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, creative and can-do attitude.
