  • About Kids Know Best

We are Kids Know Best, a leading strategic and creative agency specialising in the kids, youth, and family sectors.

We connect top tier brands across toys, entertainment, and fashion with the next generation of consumers.

For years, our mission was simply to give kids a voice.

Today, handing over the microphone is not enough.

We are here to champion their power.

Our approach is built on a simple premise: We don’t just tell you what kids say; we help you build the future they want.

By deleting the traditional corporate playbook and installing Playground Rules, we turn the fast moving chaos of youth culture into the blueprint for tomorrow.

We reject the generic, automated slop of modern marketing in favour of the Human Signature.

This is the craft, intuition, and undeniable authenticity that actually moves the needle.

We are looking for a leader who understands the complexities of the creator economy and is not afraid to rewrite the rules.

The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Senior Influencer Executive to join our growing team.

This role sits at the core of our influencer marketing offering, supporting the development and delivery of standout paid and gifted campaigns that connect brands with kids and families in authentic and engaging ways.

We work with brands at global scale, with the United States being our most dominant market for our fast paced client.

As an influencer division, we work rapidly, creatively and strategically - ensuring best in class work at all times across our client base.

As Senior Influencer Executive, you’ll blend operational excellence with creative thinking, taking ownership of key campaign elements and helping to shape strategy.

You’ll be culturally plugged in, ahead of emerging trends, and confident working with influencers, talent agencies and clients.

Within our remit, we also support our clients with paid ad support including influencer boosting and white label ads.

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands the power of creators, and is excited about helping brands become part of the cultural conversation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution from briefing through to delivery.
  • Support the wider team to deliver optimum campaign performance by managing KPIs and budgets, driving exceptional results for clients, across paid and gifted.
  • Support in developing compelling proposals for prospective clients, leveraging expertise in influencer partnerships and creative strategies.
  • Support in producing in-depth campaign reports and work with Account Managers to maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Identify and leverage emerging social media trends to keep our work fresh, relevant and culturally aligned.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators and talent agencies.
  • Continuously research and onboard new talent across platforms to expand and diversify our influencer network.
  • Be platform sufficient across our key internal tools from influencer databases, reporting and tracking campaigns.
  • Maintain and update our influencer databases with accurate and comprehensive records.
  • Balance multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising effectively and working well under pressure.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Min 1-2+ years’ experience planning and executing influencer campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence in working with clients, influencers, and internal teams.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Someone who loves the influencer industry and the world of digital.

Benefits

  • Hybrid working
  • Two weeks of remote working per year
  • 28 days pro-rata annual leave allowance plus Bank Holidays
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Medicash Plan
  • Birthday gift
  • Early Finish Fridays (last Friday of the month)
