The Role: We are seeking a dynamic, highly capable Interim Head of Influencer Marketing to cover a maternity leave starting in Spring 2026. This is a pivotal player coach role where you will lead our Influencer department, managing the team, overseeing campaign execution, driving new business, and shaping the agency’s overarching influencer POV.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire our core team, ensuring our international freelance network is resourced and supported.
- Strategic campaign direction: Act as the senior strategic lead on key client accounts, ensuring all creator campaigns are innovative and compliant with youth marketing regulations.
- Measurement & effectiveness: Define clear performance frameworks that connect creator activity to brand and commercial outcomes.
- Client counsel & new business: Serve as the face of the Influencer offering in major pitches, providing kind candour that saves clients from strategic missteps.
- Commercial ownership & growth: Take ownership of the commercial health of the Influencer department, developing smart scopes that reflect the true value of our Human Signature.
- Industry thought leadership: Maintain and vocalise a rigorous point of view on the future of the creator economy and digital youth culture.
- Social commerce integration: Champion the integration of social commerce into our offering, leveraging platforms like TikTok Shop.
- Department operations & excellence: Evolve the systems, workflows, and standards that allow us to deliver complex creator campaigns across multiple markets.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of proven influencer marketing experience, ideally with kids, youth, Gen Z, and parent-focused brands.
- Strong vision of where the creator and brand ambassador space is heading.
- Demonstrable expertise in social commerce, particularly TikTok Shop, and driving measurable ROI.
- Experience leading teams and delivering complex, multi-market creator campaigns.
