We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented Administration Assistant to join our secondary school support team.

Responsibilities

  • Data Management across the school, ensuring accuracy and integrity of school data.
  • Support the Exams Office with examination processes and documentation.
  • Lead the development and day‑to‑day management of the Arbor Management Information System (MIS).
  • Collaborate with other support staff to maintain effective communication and record‑keeping.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to team members as required.

  • Experience in a busy school or educational environment.

Salary & Working Hours

Actual Salary: £24,364 - £26,841

Working hours: Monday to Friday – 37 hours per week – Term Time plus 10 inset days
