The Sales Administrator will coordinate sales collateral and reports with retailers in the Germany, Austria and Switzerland regions, account line reviews, account specific trade shows, maintain market retail landscapes and coordinate all marketing requests for the region. In this role, you will fulfill assignments in support of ongoing account management activities by managing various reporting, maintenance and execution projects. Serving as a key point of contact, this individual will support independent shops to ease their journey through the selection process.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Complete customer set-up sheets/quote sheets/sample requests/image requests – as needed by account
  • Coordinate sales reports and plans for all retailers monthly, retail landscapes quarterly and create and send monthly news and information to them
  • Schedule and manage Account Planning Meetings
  • Upload images and content on retailer portals
  • Coordinate marketing requests and work with the Marketing team in Atlanta for merchandising, displays, ads, catalogues, trade show collateral
  • Manage the monthly social media calendar and liaise with the agencies or freelancers to get content and postings
  • Manage Kids2 experiences and Fairs for the German market
  • Respond to ad hoc retailer requests for hi res images, dimensions, info, etc.
  • Complete Head to Head product comparisons where necessary
  • Maintain retail landscapes by retailer for the Germany, Austria and Switzerland markets
  • Support Sales Managers in sales calls, trade shows, mail-ins, customer follow up and internal meetings related to specific accounts
  • Compile presentation sell sheets
  • Request any samples, prototypes and collateral material requested for above events
  • Manage call collateral and other requested support material by submitting requests on the Collateral Tracker and/or Requester found on the Marketing Portal and following up with personnel responsible for deliverables
  • Submit sample request for in stock samples and work with Product Managers and Brand Managers for acquisition of updated prototypes, samples, and product information as needed for web content, catalog, and account maintenance by retailer
  • Track all shipments and provide tracking data to sales manager/customer as applicable
  • Manage any special projects assigned by Sales director as needed to support growth and management of accounts
  • Coordinate and track international creative requests between brand managers and account managers
  • Coordinate trade fairs where Kids2 is representing their brands- coordinate with suppliers and vendors and arrange samples and travel arrangement for all tradeshow members of Kids2
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • ~3 years previous sales support experience
  • ~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ~ Fully bilingual in German and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • ~ Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • ~ Ability to manage multiple projects from beginning to end

EDUCATION & SKILLS

  • ~ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work experience

  • ~ None required

COMPUTER/TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • ~ Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk or hear.
