About the Role

You will support disabled children, young people and their families in Croydon. This volunteer position offers a chance to develop skills and achieve a strong sense of accomplishment.

Responsibilities

  • General administrative support: update database, send emails, manage filing, record contacts.
  • Telephone Advice Line: handle confidential information, capture key information, provide advice and support.

  • Confident communicator; confident IT user (MS Outlook, Excel, Word and bespoke database systems).
