Kids’ Village is looking for an exceptional fundraising leader to lead our next phase of income generation as we prepare to open Charlotte’s Kids’ Village in 2027.
With the capital funding secured and construction underway, our focus is now on sustainable income growth. This role will secure income to fund gifted holidays for critically ill children and their families at Charlotte’s Kids’ Village, fund the operational costs of the village and charity, and set the charity up for future growth.
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead our fundraising strategy, diversify our income and build the fundraising team.
We are a new and ambitious charity that has grown quickly. Next year will be a significant year as we open Charlotte’s Kids’ Village, a unique holiday village and UK first, exclusively offering free of charge holidays to critically ill children and their families.
This role will lead the shift from a capital appeal to the ongoing income needed to run the charity and the village. Working with the CEO, Trustees and team, you will build on strong foundations and develop new opportunities. This a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to make their mark and develop a function in a fast-paced, high-growth charity and there has never been a more exciting time to join.
