How you’ll make a difference as an Early Years Educator:

  • By offering exceptional care and education in accordance with the EYFS, supporting and meeting the unique needs of each child in your care.

What an Early Years Educator needs:

  • Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
  • A strong understanding of EYFS.
  • Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
