Kids Planet Day Nurseries are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing People Team at our head office in Lymm. As a People Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the People Team.

A People Administrator at Kids Planet gets:

What’s Involved?

  • Corresponding with new starters, preparing offer letters and contracts whilst ensuring a professional and welcoming candidate experience.
  • Writing letters and providing low level advice relating to changes in employment.
  • Support with queries regarding family leave, probations, flexible working, holiday entitlements/calculations and reference requests.
  • Conducting right to work and DBS checks.
  • Responding to a variety of queries from the centralised email inbox.
  • To provide general administration support to the People Department as required including answering the telephone, scanning and emails.

What a People Administrator needs:

  • HR experience is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
  • Competence with Microsoft packages
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work well within a team.
