Key responsibilities:

  • To develop engaging e-learning content using Articulate360, Adobe and Camtasia software.
  • To create visual and interactive assets, such as graphics and animations.
  • To collaborate with subject matter experts (SME) for new e-learning content development.
  • To maintain and update existing e-learning in line with branding guidance and updates from SME.
  • To provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to e-learning courses.
  • To ensure digital solutions have the appropriate tracking/completion mechanisms to enable accurate reporting.
  • To ensure course content is accessible and compliant with accessibility standards and guidelines.
  • To stay current with advancements in e-learning technologies and trends.
  • To work as part of a team and undertake peer reviews in a timely manner.

Requirements – essential

  • Proven experience using Articulate Rise360 and Storyline
  • Ability to adhere to branding guidelines
  • Strong technical and multimedia capability, including experience with animations, videos, simulations, and interactive quizzes
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with coding languages like HTML5 and JavaScript

Requirements – preferred

  • Experience of managing content with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
