How you’ll make a difference as an Outdoor Lead:
- By providing exceptional care and education in line with the EYFS, supporting each child’s individual needs both indoors and outdoors.
- Through working collaboratively with your team to create a safe, playful, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- By building warm, trusting relationships with families through open, supportive communication, involving them in their child’s development and outdoor experiences.
Requirements of an Outdoor Lead:
- A Passion for the Outdoors!!
- Must be at least Level 3 qualified.
- Excellent understanding of EYFS.
- Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
- Leadership experience desirable.
