Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- To be first point of contact for parents.
- To deal with parent queries by email, telephone or in person in a timely manner.
- To support the team when necessary.
- Answer all calls to the centre.
The ideal applicant will:
- Display professionalism at all times.
- Work quickly and accurately.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
- Possess excellent organisation skills.
- Take ownership and see queries through to completion.
- Work as part of a team.
- To be IT literate with experience of all MS Office packages.
