How you'll make a difference as an Early Years Apprentice:
- Learn how to support, care for, and inspire children during their earliest years, from birth to age five
- Learn how to ensure the safeguarding of children in your care
- Learn how to work as part of a successful team
- Build warm, trusting relationships with families through kind, open communication
- Liaise with parents on matters relating to the most important person in their world
What an Early Years Apprentice needs:
- To meet minimum apprenticeship eligibility criteria, including having lived in the UK for a minimum of 3 years
- To pass maths and English entry assessments
Kids Planet is dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the well‑being of children and young people. An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role. All staff and volunteers are required to complete regular safeguarding training to ensure they understand and fulfil their responsibilities. A Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate is mandatory for all positions and this role will be subject to enhanced checks as part of our safeguarding duties.
