Role Overview
Supply/Bank Early Years Educator – flexible role on an as‑needed basis.
Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality care and learning experiences for children, supporting their development in line with the EYFS.
- Work flexibly with teams to deliver engaging activities and maintain nursery routines.
- Build positive relationships with children and families, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Desirable: Level 2 early years qualification or higher in a UK‑recognised qualification.
- Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage, or enthusiasm to learn more.
- Knowledge of safeguarding children.
- Enhanced DBS check required; ongoing safeguarding training.
- Flexible, as‑needed availability.
