We are delighted to announce that we are looking to grow our Internal Training and Development Team.
The purpose of this role is to effectively support internal teams across the group with a wide range of training, including Safeguarding, EYFS, Birth to Five, Supporting Feelings & Behaviour, and more.
Responsibilities- Assess and support teams across Kids Planet in liaison with Operations, Training and Integrations Early Years Department, and Academy where appropriate.
- Deliver pertinent, engaging and effective training sessions to our teams through a mix of in‑person, online webinars, e‑learning, coaching and mentoring, and roadshows.
- Create sector‑leading CPD through the development and creation of bespoke content.
- Ensure statutory training requirements are met and address common themes identified by internal and external professionals.
- Provide a safe space for coaching and mentoring practice and continually measure the impact of training.
- Develop content for quality e‑learning and deliver inspirational CPD courses.
- Build a community within our nurseries to ensure training is bespoke, impactful and accessible.

- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
- Experience of designing and delivering training.
- Excellent ICT and communication skills.
- Solid occupational competency within Early Years Childcare.
- Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
- Field‑based role requiring significant travel and occasional overnight stays.
- Flexible working to meet business needs, including some evening or weekend hours to support nursery communities.
