How you'll make a difference as an Outdoor Lead:

  • Providing exceptional care and education in line with the EYFS, supporting each child's individual needs both indoors and outdoors.
  • Working collaboratively with your team to create a safe, playful, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning.
  • Building warm, trusting relationships with families through open, supportive communication, involving them in their child's development and outdoor experiences.

Requirements of an Outdoor Lead:

  • A passion for the outdoors.
  • At least Level 3 qualified.
  • Excellent understanding of the EYFS.
  • Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
  • Leadership experience desirable.
