How you'll make a difference as an Outdoor Lead:
- Providing exceptional care and education in line with the EYFS, supporting each child's individual needs both indoors and outdoors.

Requirements of an Outdoor Lead:
- A passion for the outdoors.
- At least Level 3 qualified.
- Excellent understanding of the EYFS.
- Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
- Leadership experience desirable.
