Kids Planet Cheadle Royal is offering a fixed‑term Nursery Receptionist position.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for parents via email, telephone, or in person and respond to parent queries in a timely manner.
- Process all payments and manage related documentation.
- Handle new starter, leaver, and transition paperwork.
- Answer all calls to the centre.
- Provide assistance to the team when needed.
- Display professionalism at all times.
- Work quickly and accurately while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
- Maintain excellent organizational skills and take ownership of queries through to completion.
- Collaborate as part of a team.
- Demonstrate IT literacy, including proficiency with MS Office packages.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Required to hold an enhanced DBS check and a valid Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate as part of safeguarding duties.
- No prior specific experience is mandatory, but proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are essential.
