The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Through working alongside the manager to help with all areas of running the nursery, making sure everything runs smoothly day to day. By building warm, trusting relationships with families and working together with outside agencies to support each child’s growth and wellbeing. Guiding and supporting the nursery team, keeping children safe at all times and bringing the EYFS to life in a way that is fun, engaging, and meets all requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the manager to maintain day-to-day operations of the nursery.
  • Build and maintain warm, trusting relationships with families.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to support each child’s growth and wellbeing.
  • Provide leadership to the nursery team, ensuring children’s safety at all times.
  • Deliver the EYFS curriculum in a fun, engaging, and compliant manner.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
  • Excellent understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
  • Leadership experience within a nursery setting.
  • Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and completion of safeguarding training.
