We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team at KKDC Aylesbury.

Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality care and support for children
- Create a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment
- Plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities
- Observe and record children's development, sharing feedback with parents
- Support daily routines such as meals, hygiene, and rest
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised nursery setting
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Level3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent (required)
- Previous nursery or childcare experience (preferred)
- Strong understanding of child development and EYFS standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Warm, patient, and caring approach
- Awareness of health and safety in childcare settings
- Education: Level3 in Early Years or equivalent
- Experience: 1 year in childcare (preferred)
