Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 8:00 am‑8:00 pm; 12:00 am‑8:00 pm (Part‑time). Overnight position, includes weekends; shift Thursday to Sunday. Full‑time and Part‑time.
General Description of Position: The Life Skills Coach provides support services and interventions according to each member’s plan of care, during the evenings, overnights, and weekends with a Recovery‑oriented, person‑centered approach. The Life Skills Coach works as a licensed, master’s‑level mental health professional serving as Primary Therapist for a caseload of assigned members. She supervises the execution and staff adherence to clinical and administrative policies and practices to ensure members’ needs are met.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Honest, dependable, self‑motivated, and dedicated to Birch Tree Values and Mission.
- Ability to work directly with dietary staff in providing dietary services to Birch members.
- Licensing: LAC, LMSW; LPC, LCSW.
- Must be a licensed mental health professional, master’s level, with related experience and/or bachelor’s degree.
