Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the access of employees and visitors to and from restricted areas, ensuring proper credentials are verified.
- Prevent the entry and exit of prohibited or restricted items from the premises.
- Maintain consistent and thorough surveillance of your assigned restricted area.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to all employees and visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
- Stay vigilant and always maintain situational awareness.
- Communicate effectively and clearly in every interaction, both verbally and non‑verbally.
- Pay close attention to detail, ensuring all protocols are followed meticulously.

Qualifications:
- Currently hold or must be able to obtain an active Top‑Secret clearance.
- Must have and maintain a valid state driver’s license in good standing.
- High School diploma or GED.

- Experience working in government or military facilities.
- Familiarity with government security regulations and access control systems.
- Additional certifications in security or related fields.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk 3‑5 miles during shift.
- Ability to stand for 60 minutes at a time.
- Occasional climbing of ladders.
- Frequent climbing of stairs and/or ramps.
- Prolonged standing.
- Occasional lifting 50lbs / 22.5kg.
- Occasional push or pull 50‑75lbs / 22.5‑34kg. with assistive device.
- Normal visual acuity (near, far and peripheral with correction).
- Normal color vision for electrical work.
