✨ Who is TeamKids? ✨ TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.
This permanent, full-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.
Service Location: Preston VIC, 3072
You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:
- Before school care: 6.30am-8.45am
- After school care: 2.30pm-6pm
- Admin hours: 9.25

What is a Director of Service? As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.
