What we’re looking for:

• For the EYE role, it is essential that you hold a relevant childcare qualification, Level 2 or Level 3 minimum.
• Level 2 qualifications in English including functional skills are also a must if you obtained a Level 3 qualification after 2014.

However, amendments to the Exceptions Order provide that certain spent convictions and cautions are 'protected'. These are not subject to disclosure to employers and cannot be taken into account.
