You’ll be the first point of contact for families with Kido and then continue to make a family’s experience at the school a true success. You’ll make sure we’re delivering on our promises, maintaining communication, providing expertise, knowledge and support as their children develop and grow with Kido.

What we’re looking for

Kido are looking for a Nursery Front of House to join the team at Kido International Nursery & Preschool Elephant Park, 3 Bodley Way, London, SE17 1FN. This is your opportunity to join an amazing growing nursery group who champion career growth like no other!

As Front of House you’ll go the extra mile for our children and families, and you’ll work in partnership with the Management team and educators to ensure smooth running of the nursery. This involves juggling many business operations for your nursery to thrive including administrative and financial tasks.

As well as the day to day you’ll be key in promoting our community presence through open days & events, spreading the word about Kido to build an interactive, fun and supportive community within our nursery and build awareness in the local area. You may support with sales and enquiries, enrolment and membership queries, marketing activities and be the primary point of contact for anyone who contacts the nursery directly.
