As an Early Years Educator you'll be more than just an educator; The Early Years Educator role offers a salary range of £27,500 to £30,000 and is a full time, 40 hours per week position. For the EYE role, it is essential that you hold a relevant childcare qualification, Level 2 or Level 3 minimum . Level 2 qualifications in English including functional skills are also a must if you obtained a Level 3 qualification after 2014.
