Responsibilities
- The Room Leader role involves leading in an Early Years setting, upholding safeguarding and welfare standards, and supporting the development and well-being of children.
- You will contribute to delivering high-quality early years education, mentor a team, and ensure a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Relevant childcare qualification, Level 3 minimum.
- Experience leading in an Early Years setting.
- Level 2 qualifications in English including functional skills are required if a Level 3 qualification was obtained after 2014.
