What we’re looking for:
For this role, it is essential that you hold a relevant childcare qualification, Level 2 or Level 3 minimum, and have experience working within management of another large nursery. Level 2 qualifications in English, including functional skills, are also a must if you obtained a Level 3 qualification after 2014. Benefits:
The Bank Educator role ranges from £21.71 to £14.00 per hour and is fully flexible, meaning you can pick up shifts whenever you want to based on the nursery availability. Many of our bank staff go on to join us on a permanent basis! As a growing nursery group, you may find that you can work across multiple locations that are in close proximity to each other.
