Role and Benefits

The Level 2 Early Years Educator role offers a salary of up to £26,000 for full-time, 40 hours/week. Part-time options available. Benefits include:

Responsibilities

As a qualified Early Years Educator, you will:

• Create a safe, engaging learning environment
• Plan and deliver activities aligned with EYFS
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
• Observe, assess, and record children\’s progress
• Support diversity and individual needs

Requirements

• Level 2 childcare qualification or higher
• Alignment with our core values: Listen, Learn, Lead
• Experience in a similar setting preferred
• Right to work in the UK
• Criminal record check (DBS) and Safer Recruitment compliance
