What we’re looking for:
- Genuine passion for Early Years and Childcare.
- Hardworking and keen to learn; no existing qualifications needed.
- Some evidence of experience with children, ideally in a nursery setting.
- Right to work in the UK, holding UK residency for at least the past 3 years.
- Level 2 Maths and English Functional Skills test may be required; current Level 1 Maths and English competence is required for initial acceptance.

- Shortlisted candidates will provide details of unspent convictions and will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
Benefits:
- The role offers a salary of £18,200 for full‑time L2 Apprenticeship (40 hrs per week). When qualified, salary increases to £26,000.
- For L3 Apprenticeship salary of £19,240 (full‑time; 40 hrs per week); Level 2 sign‑off increases to £21,320, usually within the first 2 months; second‑year pay uplift to minimum wage for age.
- Upon completion of qualification salary increases to at least £26,499 with a £500 qualification bonus paid in two instalments.
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing to 30 days after 5 years of service.
