What we’re looking for: For the Deputy Nursery Manager role we require a relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 minimum) and experience working within management in Early Years. Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English, including functional skills, are also required if you obtained a Level 3 qualification after 2014.
Responsibilities: As Deputy Nursery Manager you will support the Nursery Manager in ensuring high quality early years provision, lead staff development, manage operational budgets, maintain statutory compliance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
