You\’ll collaborate with your team to plan, organise and execute engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). An ability to effectively communicate with parents, children and colleagues will empower you to deliver the best experience possible. You\’ll be an integral part of setting the stage for curiosity and exploration, utilising both indoor and outdoor spaces. With a hands-on approach and with great attention to detail, you\’ll deliver exceptional experiences throughout the children\’s learning journeys within our nursery. You\’ll take ownership for observing and assessing your key children, and you\’ll work with the child, colleagues and parents to set individualised goals. Responsibilities

- Possess experience in a similar role within a nursery or other childcare or educational setting

Compensation and Benefits
