We are looking for a talented leader with a proven track record in building high-value corporate partnerships to lead our partnerships team, spanning corporate income, strategic collaborations and co-funding initiatives. You will bring a strong track record of securing significant income through corporate partners and innovative partnership models, alongside a deep understanding of the evolving corporate fundraising landscape. With proven experience in budget management, income forecasting and developing long-term partnership pipelines, you will play a key role in delivering our ambitious income and impact targets. You will have a passion for cultivating strategic relationships and going above and beyond to develop long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships that deliver shared value.

We operate a hybrid, flexible working style and fortnightly office attendance is required. The role is contracted to our Peterborough office and the team currently come together in person once a month. You will also be required to regularly attend external meetings and events.

Contract type: Permanent.

Hours: Full Time: 37.5 hours per week (will consider part time: minimum 30 hours per week).

Benefits:

  • Flexible working hours with start and finish times around core hours of 9.30 – 4.30.
  • Annual leave: All full time employees start with paid bank holidays plus another 26 days holiday, increasing with every year of service to a maximum of 31. This is calculated on a pro rata basis for part time employees.
  • Pension: The charity makes a generous contribution of 6% to a group pension plan. Employees will need to contribute a minimum of 2%.
