The Scotland fundraising manager role sits within our vibrant community and events team, reporting into the head of community and events. The team build strong, long-term relationships regionally and nationally to maximise potential across all income streams.
Delivering a diverse portfolio of in person and virtual events, challenges and activities to engage networks and wider supporters in fundraising activity and tailored stewardship journeys to help us build a community of life-time supporters.
2025/26 has been an exciting year of growth with a focus on developing flagship events, increasing participation in third-party challenges, delivering new virtual events and enhancing stewardship experiences. The budget is circa £1.8m across all income streams.
If you have experience in successfully exceeding recruitment and fundraising targets with a strong understanding of supporter stewardship and fundraising best practice, we would love to hear from you. With a passion for developing relationships with supporters, enabling them to achieve and raise more than they thought was possible, you will work both autonomously and as part of a team.
