7.2 million people in the UK have chronic kidney disease (CKD), a diagnosis that can turn your world upside down. For 50 years, Kidney Care UK has been at the forefront of supporting people with kidney disease. From our early days when we campaigned to introduce donor cards in the UK, we have worked hard to support and represent the interests of everyone affected by this lifelong condition. We continue to provide practical, emotional, and financial support for individuals and their families, while also working with healthcare professionals to improve care services and campaign for change. Kidney disease can affect anyone and there is no cure. We are here for the young and the old, for those struggling to make ends meet, for families and loved ones. We fight tirelessly, giving our total support, to improve the lives of kidney patients and their families. We've grown significantly over the past five years, so it is an exciting time to join Kidney Care UK. But this is just the start - we want to grow our income significantly in the next three years. We have to - there are so many people who need us. As a charity that receives no statutory funding, fundraising income is fundamental to our mission, so that we can provide more support to our kidney community across the UK at a time when it is more important than ever. In 2025 alone, 3,795,000 kidney patients and their families accessed our information, advice and support services, while our Patient Support and Money & Energy teams secured £2.4m in benefits income and entitlements for families living in hardship across the UK. The Corporate Partnerships Manager will play a key role in this growth. Our Corporate Partnerships income has grown from zero in 2020 to c£2 million in 2025. It is a very exciting time to be joining the charity and our Fundraising team. Primarily, you will be responsible for building engagement and driving new income via corporate partnerships, charity of the year partnerships and employee fundraising. You will manage the Corporate Partnerships Officer who is developing a growing portfolio of supporters across different sectors. You will also work closely with the Events & Community Manager, Trusts & Foundations Manager, Individual Giving Manager, Head of Fundraising and the Director of Fundraising, Marketing & Communications as well as the wider organisation to promote and support all opportunities to drive corporate income growth. Alongside the Director of Fundraising, Marketing & Communications, who takes a special interest in the charity's Corporate Partnerships, you will be tasked with planning, implementing, and delivering the activities, programmes and processes required to grow corporate income to even greater levels over the coming years. An integral part of this role will require you to develop new opportunities and secure significant income (5-and-6 figure partnerships) through proactive engagement to and through our supporters, beneficiaries, networks, and contacts. You will also take a leading role in stewarding the significant number of existing relationships and partnerships we currently hold and by maximising any opportunities that exist via our current partnerships and relationships. The right candidate will have a proven record of generating strategic partnerships that result in 5-and 6-figure corporate income, building strong and rewarding relationships, with stewardships skills that generate long-term support for the charity. You will be a driven and enthusiastic fundraiser with experience of cultivating new relationships across a range of businesses and sectors. The role will adapt and develop with the individual and offers huge potential for personal and career development., Please note we're not responsible for the content of job ads, as they're posted by the recruiter.
