Kidgate Academy in Lincolnshire is seeking a versatile Teaching Assistant to join our team. You will support students and staff, with a focus on inclusion for all and strategies for children with SEND.
You will work 1:1 with children who need extra help and assist the class teacher with groups or individual tasks. The role also involves supporting social, emotional and behavioural needs.
