KiddyKare is supporting a well-established early years setting in recruiting Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join their welcoming team and help create inspiring early experiences for children.

The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

Support children’s development from birth to five through tailored planning, play-based learning, and nurturing care.

*

Deliver engaging activities that reflect each child’s interests and developmental needs.

*

Build strong relationships with families, keeping them informed and involved in their child’s journey.

*

Work closely with your room team to maintain a safe, organised, and stimulating environment.

*

Uphold safeguarding and health & safety standards at all times.

Whether working with babies, toddlers, or preschoolers, you’ll be part of a team where children are encouraged to be themselves and thrive.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will:

Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification.

Have a strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.

*

Be committed to safeguarding and the emotional wellbeing of children.

*

Bring creativity, initiative, and a genuine passion for working with children.

*

Previous nursery experience is advantageous but not essential.

*
