KiddyKare are proud to be supporting a well-established, independent educational setting in the heart of Windsor, currently seeking a kind, enthusiastic, and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join their warm and nurturing nursery team.

The nursery has been a key part of the community for over 15 years and prides itself on delivering an engaging, school-preparatory experience through imaginative play and structured learning.
About the Role:
- Take responsibility for a group of key children, supporting their learning and development
- Plan and deliver fun, imaginative activities in line with EYFS
- Build positive relationships with children and their families
- Track and report on children’s progress, holding regular parent meetings
- Collaborate with a supportive team to create a nurturing, educational environment
- Contribute to both term-time lessons and holiday programming

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a nursery setting
- NVQ Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Knowledge of EYFS and a passion for early childhood development
- Good communication and IT skills
- A warm, can-do attitude and a team-oriented mindset
- Paediatric First Aid (desirable)
- A strong understanding of safeguarding procedures
