KiddyKare is currently recruiting Level 2, Level 3 and above qualified childcare practitioners to work on a flexible, temporary basis across a range of nurseries and schools. If you’re passionate about childcare and want flexibility around your schedule, we’d love to hear from you!

Earn up to £16 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience).

Your Role as a Flexible Nursery Practitioner:

  • Work the hours that suit you – up to 45 hours per week available.
  • Most nurseries operate Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm.
  • Flexible shift patterns available, for example:
    • 8am–6pm
    • 9am–6pm
    • 8am–5pm

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 2, Level 3 or higher childcare qualification.
  • Reliable with excellent timekeeping.
  • A UK childcare reference.
  • Ability to travel to different nursery locations.
  • Creative, proactive and able to use your initiative.
  • Friendly, enthusiastic and passionate about childcare.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.

How You’ll Be Paid:

Unlike some agencies, KiddyKare does not use umbrella companies. We manage employer pension contributions, income tax, and National Insurance directly. This means the hourly rate you are offered is what you receive, minus standard government deductions, in line with HMRC guidelines.
