KiddyKare are currently recruiting for a childcare qualified Nursery Practitioner to become part of a supportive team based in Lightwater. This position is paired with a generous salary of up to £31,000 based on 40 hours per week. What you will be doing:
- Support the nursery to grow and perform at a high standard, whilst ensuring that all legislation and EYFS frameworks are adhered to.
- Create inspirational, creative, and effective learning environments in line with the needs of the children and the nursery.
- Ensure the safety and welfare of children through a confident knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures.
- Implement the EYFS with a good understanding of child development.
- Work in partnership with parents and our partners to ensure children thrive.
- Show a positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues and visitors to maintain their happy nursery.
