Were delighted to be supporting a young and growing day nursery that cares for children aged 6 months to 8 years. The nursery is now looking for a qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team and work alongside experienced assistants and room leaders in both the baby and pre-school rooms.
The nursery began as a childminding service in 2014 and has since flourished into a vibrant, fully-fledged setting with over 15 staff. Their ethos is simple: children come first. Staff are empowered to focus on what really mattersplay, care, laughter, and learning.
This is the perfect role for someone who is passionate, self-motivated, and eager to bring energy and creativity to every day.
? What Youll Be Doing

Creating fun, age-appropriate play and learning activities

Supporting childrens social, emotional, and physical development

Observing and documenting childrens progress in line with the EYFS

Working closely with colleagues to plan engaging activities tailored to each child

Maintaining a safe, clean, and nurturing environment

Communicating effectively with parents and staff to share updates and insights

Safeguarding children and ensuring their wellbeing at all times
