Role: Deputy Manager Location: West Drayton Salary: Up to Β£32,000 About the Company KiddyKare are looking for a Room-based Deputy Manager within the West Drayton area. The nursery is situated around libraries, children\’s centres and parks which they explore with the children each week. The nursery has a very large garden which they like to use for planting herbs and bird watching. This nursery also like to do what they can for charities by raising money for GOSH, hosting Macmillan coffee mornings, red nose day/sport relief activities and the shoe box charity during Christmas. About the Role With a salary of up to Β£32,000 and potential occupancy bonus (paid termly) 40 hours per week over 5 days. To support the aims and objectives of the nursery and assist the manager in the organisation of a high-quality establishment for children from 2 to 5 years. To lead a team of professional workers and to always ensure good practice. To assist with the planning and organisation of staffing schedules and holiday rotas to ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained in accordance with Local Authority guidelines and nursery procedures. To assist with staff development and training. To be flexible and work and assist other sister nurseries in the event of managerial absences to ensure the care and safety of all the children throughout the nurseries.
