KiddyKare is recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery for a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team.
The Role
- Provide high-quality care and early education for children aged 0-5 in line with the EYFS
- Act as a Key Person, supporting children's wellbeing and development
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities based on observations and assessments
- Maintain accurate learning journals and records
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Safeguarding & Practice
- Follow safeguarding policies and report concerns to the DSL
- Maintain correct ratios, hygiene, and health & safety standards
- Follow procedures for accidents, incidents, and medication
Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Experience working with children aged 0-5
- Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
- A warm, professional, and reliable approach
Desirable (not essential)
- Paediatric First Aid
- SEND knowledge
- Experience supporting students or trainees
