KiddyKare is recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery for a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team.

The Role

  • Provide high-quality care and early education for children aged 0-5 in line with the EYFS
  • Act as a Key Person, supporting children's wellbeing and development
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities based on observations and assessments
  • Maintain accurate learning journals and records
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Safeguarding & Practice

  • Follow safeguarding policies and report concerns to the DSL
  • Maintain correct ratios, hygiene, and health & safety standards
  • Follow procedures for accidents, incidents, and medication

Requirements

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Experience working with children aged 0-5
  • Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
  • A warm, professional, and reliable approach

Desirable (not essential)

  • Paediatric First Aid
  • SEND knowledge
  • Experience supporting students or trainees
