KiddyKare are seeking a Deputy Room Leader for a well-established nursery in Hook. This role is perfect for a strong practitioner looking to take the next step in their career.

The ideal candidate:

• Holds a full and relevant childcare qualification at Level 3 or above

• Has at least 3 years experience in a nursery setting

• Is passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting childrens development

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver the EYFS curriculum effectively, tailored to childrens individual needs and interests

• Develop observation, methodology, and learning implementation within the setting

• Work alongside the Room Leader to ensure high-quality practice

• Help plan and run nursery events

• Build strong working partnerships with parents and staff

• Support the room in providing outstanding care

• Liaise with outside agencies as required
